Our medical spa and wellness center was born during a dinner conversation in 2017. At the time, I was an unintentional stay-at-home mom looking to start a new business, one rooted in deep purpose, intentional living, and community impact. Having spent over a decade cultivating and implementing a peaceful, mindful home environment for my family, an inspiring thought took root: Why not take this philosophy to the next level and do the same for my entire Jacksonville community?

Since that fateful dinner, I have spent years researching, planning, testing modalities, and cultivating a truly remarkable self-care experience. What began as a personal passion for stress reduction and physical balance has evolved into Be Still Wellness & Aesthetics—Jacksonville’s trusted medical spa and sanctuary for medical aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, and total nervous system restoration.
