10-Point Assessment
What Health Coaching Includes-And What It Doesn't
Clients often ask us this. They wonder if health coaching means a meal plan and nothing more. It does not. Not here.
Health coaching is a structured, ongoing process. We sit down with you and look at your full picture: sleep, stress, energy, nutrition, movement, and recovery. We then build a plan for your actual life. This plan is not a template. It fits your schedule, your body, and your goals. We use some of the following:
- Body Scanning
- Comprehensive Bloodwork
- Epigenetics Testing
- Health Blue Print Optimization Coaching
- PRP Joint Pain Injection
- PNOE VO2 Max Testing
- RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) Testing
- Float Therapy:
- Health Spa:
- IV Hydration Therapy
- IV Myers Cocktail Therapy
- Massage Spa:
- roXiva Light
- Sauna:
- Sound Healing
- B-12 Injections
- Body Contouring Sculpting with EvolveX
- GLP-1 Semaglutide & Tirzepatide Injection
- Liposuction
- Medical Weight Loss Programs in Jacksonville
- Ultimate Contour Cavitation (Body Sculpting)
These tools gather data on how your body burns fuel and uses oxygen. This information shapes every recommendation we make.
Here's what falls inside the scope of health coaching:
- Goal setting based on lab work and metabolic testing results
- Ongoing accountability sessions to track progress and adjust course
- Guidance on nutrition, stress management, and recovery strategies
- Coordination with other services like Epigenetics Testing or Comprehensive Bloodwork
To be clear. Health coaching is not medical treatment. We do not diagnose conditions. We do not prescribe medication. If you have an acute illness or need a clinical intervention, speak with your physician. If your only goal is to lose ten pounds quickly, a quick-fix program might appeal more. However, it will not give you lasting results.
Clients who benefit most from coaching are tired of guessing. They have tried apps, influencers, and elimination diets. Nothing stuck. They needed someone to interpret their data and guide them through changes. We do this work at our Riverside location near Five Points. We also work at our Southside sanctuary by St. Johns Town Center. Jacksonville's year-round humidity and outdoor lifestyle create unique demands. These demands impact hydration, recovery, and metabolic health.
This service is not for one-time consultations without follow-through.

Health Coaching in Jacksonville FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
Signs Self-Directed Effort Isn't Working Anymore
You bought books. You downloaded apps. You tried meal prepping and morning walks. For a while, it felt like progress.
Then it stopped.
Perhaps your energy crashes daily around 2 p.m. Maybe lost weight returned within six weeks. You do "all the right things," but bloodwork still looks off. Your sleep is broken. You cannot figure out why. We hear this story often. Often, the issue is not effort. It is direction.
We see a pattern in people who hit this wall. They cycle through generic advice. This advice was not built for their body. A fitness plan for a 25-year-old may not suit you. It will not help manage cortisol spikes from Jacksonville's summer heat. It also won't address a 50-hour work week near St. Johns Town Center. Context matters more than calories.
Signs that self-directed effort has ended:
- You've changed your diet multiple times but still deal with bloating, brain fog, or fatigue
- Your motivation comes in waves; you go hard for three weeks then quit for two months
- You feel worse after exercising instead of better
- Lab results keep showing the same flags your doctor mentioned last year
Does this sound familiar? It is common. Most people assume they need more willpower. Willpower without a framework burns out fast. A feedback loop is missing. It would connect your actions to your body's current needs.
Health Coaching fills this gap between effort and results. It is not about trying harder. A coach reads your data. They adjust your plan in real time. They keep you committed when excitement fades. Self-directed wellness works for some. If you have been stalled for months with no results, that is your sign.

When to See a Physician Instead of a Coach
We are direct about this. Health Coaching is not the right start for everyone.
If you have chest pain, unexplained weight changes, or unstable blood sugar, see a doctor first. Not a coach. A licensed physician runs diagnostics and prescribes medication. They rule out conditions needing clinical intervention. We do not do that.
We often see this. A client books a consultation wanting better habits. During intake, symptoms point to deeper issues. Fatigue might not be from poor sleep routines. It could be a thyroid issue. Persistent joint pain might not be from sitting at a desk near St. Johns Town Center. It could be inflammatory arthritis needing a rheumatologist.
A good coach knows the line.
We refer out when needed. This is not a failure. It is how responsible wellness works. Often, clients return after medical care. Once a physician stabilizes a clinical issue, a health coach helps build daily structure. This structure helps you stay well long-term.
When should you see a physician directly?
- Unexplained symptoms lasting more than two weeks
- A new diagnosis you don't fully understand yet
- Mental health concerns feeling unmanageable
- Any condition requiring prescription medication or monitoring
If your doctor has cleared you, but you know what to do and do not do it, health coaching helps. We work alongside your medical team. Our Epigenetics Testing and Comprehensive Bloodwork services give your physician better data. The two approaches do not compete. They connect. Knowing which approach you need is the first step toward feeling better.

Inside the Be Still Blueprint: Consultation to Ongoing Coaching
Most think health coaching starts with a meal plan. It does not. It starts with listening.
When you visit our Riverside flagship near Five Points or Southside location by St. Johns Town Center, we first ask questions. It is not a survey. It is a conversation about your sleep, stress, and how your body feels. We want to know what is beneath the surface. That is where the real work lives.
Your initial consultation builds the foundation. We review your current state and your goals. We are honest about what it takes to close that gap. Often, clients focus on one thing. This could be weight, energy, or skin. We uncover three or four connected issues driving it all.
From there, we build the Be Still Blueprint. This structured plan is built around your life. It is not a template. It can pull from several tools we have in-house:
- PNOE VO2 Max Testing measures how your body uses oxygen during effort
- RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) Testing determines your baseline calorie needs
- Epigenetics Testing shows how your genes respond to environment
- Bloodwork identifies nutrient gaps or markers needing attention
The Blueprint is not just data collection. It is a living document.
We check in regularly. Your coach reviews progress. They adjust the plan. They help you through weeks when motivation dips. Most apps and online programs skip this part. You get a real person. They know your history. They can spot patterns you might miss.
Is this level of support necessary? Consider this. Jacksonville's humid climate affects hydration needs. It impacts recovery times. It even affects how well you sleep through a July night. A generic program from Denver will not account for this. Your Blueprint does account for this. Your coach lives here too. They see these patterns weekly.

Health Coaching in Jacksonville: Choosing Riverside or Southside
We operate two locations due to demand. Both offer the same Health Blue Print Optimization Coaching. They share the same team philosophy. Both provide access to tools like PNOE VO2 Max Testing and Comprehensive Bloodwork. The neighborhoods feel different. This matters when building a long-term coaching relationship.
Our flagship is in the historic Riverside neighborhood near Five Points. We built the "Nervous System Reset" concept here. Riverside's walkable streets and older homes draw clients who value slowing down. Many coaching clients combine sessions with Float Therapy or Sound Healing. They do this in the same visit. The location's pace mirrors our teaching: get still, then get clear.
The Southside sanctuary is a different energy entirely.
The Southside location is in the business corridor near St. Johns Town Center and Point Meadows. It attracts professionals who fit coaching into a packed workday. Lunch-hour sessions are common here. We see many clients managing high stress from desk jobs. They have irregular eating patterns. Their exercise routines do not match their metabolic data. The Southside location was built for this client. They need results structured around a tight schedule.
How do you pick? It depends on your week. If you live or work near San Marco and Riverside, the flagship saves drive time on I-95. If your office is off J. Turner Butler Boulevard, or you shop near the Town Center, Southside is convenient. Clients have switched locations based on season or job change. This flexibility is built into our operations.
Both locations support RMR Testing, Epigenetics Testing, and Infrared Sauna sessions. These pair well with a coaching plan. Both are staffed by the same team members our clients praise. The address changes. The standard doesn't.
